  • DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE

    We perform quality checks before every order is shipped, but if your item arrives damaged or defective we want to make it right. Please contact us directly at Hello@owiewear.com with your order number and clear images of the damage so we can best assist you.

    *Holes that may come from pulling off the packaging will not qualify as a damaged goods as we clearly state to remove with scissors upon arrival.
